The design and art collection at One Paseo is a tribute to the iconic atmosphere of Southern California’s coastal lifestyle. One Paseo Living celebrates beauty and culture and invites guests to relax and enjoy life. DPA curated a cohesive interior and exterior art collection, utilizing various mediums like large-scale murals, photography, paintings, and sculptures throughout the campus. The residential areas include lobbies and lounges that highlight this artistic celebration, unifying the entire campus with a cohesive, beach-inspired ambiance.
One Paseo embodies a richer concept of mixed-use living. With over 600 apartments, the challenge for this project was to humanize the scale and create an approachable, welcoming, and nurturing environment that stands the test of time.
The rich amenity offerings afford residents a home-base that never gets old. In addition to the design and art, DPA contributed to the signage program and residential engagement.
