201 Third — San Francisco, California

201 Third Street is a 12-story office building located in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Placed amidst the visually crowded urban landscape, DPA commissioned a large scale address sculpture to create pride of place. Years later, DPA worked as the creative director to refresh the lobby and transform it from a modern yet cold space into an inviting area that encourages engagement.

Designed as an inviting reception space and enhanced by abundant natural light and stunning city views. The patio invites teams and visitors to connect and work in the outdoor space with sculpture, art, comfortable seating and fire pits.
